Frisco Wakeland QB Myer’s 6 TDs fuel big win over Heritage to remain undefeated

Frisco Wakeland quarterback Brennan Myer put on a clinic Thursday night on the turf at the Ford Center by passing for 317 yards and six touchdowns in the Wolverines' 56-21 victory over cross-town rival Heritage.
The Wolverines remain undefeated on the season with a 3-0 record after handing Heritage (2-1) its first loss of the season.
Myer completed 18 of 22 passes, and connected with his favorite target, wide receiver Donovan Woolen, for three touchdowns. Woolen caught 8 passes for 104 yards. Wakeland receiver Ashdyn Kahouch caught two touchdown passes and finished with 123 yards receiving. Ryder Treadway added a receiving TD as well for the Wolverines.
On the ground, both Cooper Snyder and Austin Stutts scored rushing touchdowns for Wakeland.
Heritage quarterbacks Jiyere Cogshell and Chris Stott each scored a touchdown.
